How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped the same or next business day. UK delivery is usually 2-3 days. Overseas shipping varies by country; 5-14 days is average but some countries can be longer due to customs processing in the destination country. Tracking details will be provided for all overseas orders.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days with prior notification (personalised items are excluded). Items must be returned in an unused state. once the item is received back, the original purchase price (not including shipping) will be refunded via the original payment method.
